That's deliberate. The agent removes the (human-readable) 'createUser' directive, and replaces it with an equivalent 'usmUser'. This contains the same information, but in a form that's only meaningful internally. This means that the password is not longer stored in a human-readable form. Additionally, the password has been converted to a key that can only be used to access the local machine. If someone stole the new usmUser line on this machine, they could not use that information to access any of your other agents.
