Qn: Would it be acceptable to add potential topics for discussion to the "Future Topics" list?

Seems like a good thing for the talk page, actually... I'm actually going to protect all the pages just to keep them from being misused. Any of the -admins should know how to get around this if they had to (the point isn't a coup; it's stability and consistency). Wes 14:00, 5 February 2007 (PST)
I'd suggest that we might need a training session, or some similar instructions. I for one have no idea how the wiki admin stuff works. I'm sure it's all fairly obvious once you know where to look, but at the moment I wouldn't know where to start. That doesn't bother me particularly ATM, but it would be good to have the option in due course - Dts12 14:51, 5 February 2007 (PST)
Well, my point wasn't that you need to. My point was more if I died you're not left in a lurch and I'm not trying to do a hostile take over of the pages. I do think, however, this is one area that needs to be more carefully controlled as it represents our decisions on things as well as has a direct effect on our meetings, past, etc. Hence the reason I think the pages should be carefully controlled and maintained (by me). Per discussion on mailing list, all pages unprotected again for maximum user contribution. Wes 08:33, 6 February 2007 (PST)
