Coding Issues
- table indexes with bad OIDs by magfr
  - complex issue; discuss on list
- snmptrapd auth and contexts changes -- hardaker
  - forgotten the details a bit

- dtls12: faq rework
  - reconstructing FAQ from wiki and editing. will make 5.5 but not 5.3.3.
