  - Probably enough changes to warrent one final end-of-line release
    (but wait until 5.5 is out first)
Coding Issues
- Clarify definition of "external interface"
  is it safe to touch "orphan_nodes" in parse.c (Yes)

- magfr: Nothing much
- TrogL: bugging Sun
- DTS: Slowly working on items from previous meeting
  (but overtaken by start of 5.5 release cycle)
