cc1.exe: error: unrecognized command line option "-fnative-struct"

try updating your configure line to not build the perl modules:

--without-perl-modules

Therefore it thinks you want to build the perl module, extracts perl's build parameters, which include options only available for the msys gcc itself, and tries to build the perl module.
